AS VP OF STRATEGY AT HUGE, I LED THE TEAM THAT CREATED ZELLE, A MONEY-TRANSFER SERVICE DESIGNED TO COMPETE WITH VENMO AND PAYPAL
We partnered with the largest U.S. banks, including Citi, Wells Fargo, Capital One and Bank of America to create a safe, easy way to send and receive funds. In addition to building the brand and digital product from the ground up, we created the brand architecture, go-to-market strategy, communications planning, advertising campaign, social marketing and media buys.
